Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with our clients and external suppliers
Supporting with managing project teams and external suppliers to deliver on key project milestones
Facilitating project and weekly team meetings
Creating project scopes, budgets and timelines
Scheduling and managing workflows
Working with Production suppliers to develop shoot plans and call sheets
Managing the creation and dispatch of campaign creative for approved media schedules
Office Support, includes managing the day-to-day running of the office and coordinating team social events
Facilitating QA Testing of key digital projects and supporting with content population using our Tank CMS
Supporting the Development team with maintaining and managing our clients' websites, including reviewing Analytics and developing reports outlining key user insights
Working with the team to develop Digital Roadmaps for our existing clients

What you’ll bring
Ideally 5+ years experience in a Account Management, Digital Project Management role or General Admin Support
Previous experience working on Digital campaigns or supporting with managing delivery of a website and working with a content management system
Fast on your feet and keen to learn!
